I. No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital pattern or design has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
II. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
• Technical Issues: If the digital product you receive is corrupted, inaccessible, or otherwise unusable, and we are unable to resolve the issue after you have contacted us within 5 days of purchase;
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 5 days of the duplicate purchase for a refund.
III. Requesting a Refund

IV. Assessment and Approval
All refund requests will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days, and the funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
V. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider without first contacting us for assistance may result in the suspension or termination of your account with Symmetricity.
